GOU Restaurant
At Gou Restaurant dining transcends the ordinary to become a true sensory journey, blending the rich traditions of local cuisine with international influences in a symphony of authentic and creative flavors. Here, every guest embarks on a culinary adventure where pleasure and togetherness take center stage.
The restaurant is open:
- For Lunch: From 12:30 PM to 3:00 PM (Serving a Bistrot menu featuring international selections and reinterpreted classics). Children aged 0 to 5, when accompanied by parents having lunch at Gou - Le Bistrot (at least one dish per person), will receive a complimentary Kids'menu.
- For Dinner: From 6:45 PM to 10:00 PM (Serving an à la carte restaurant menu)

Gargantua
The main restaurant with buffet service drinks not included offers: pasta station, pizzeria and healthy corner, Mediterranean and international catering proposal, paying attention to the typical features of the area.
For guests that have food intolerances, such as gluten and lactose, or follow special diets, basic packaged products are available.
The restaurant is open:
- For Breakfast: From 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM (except Sundays until 11:00 and public holidays). An "Extra Hour" is available daily, offering coffee service and a selection of viennoiseries (pastries).
- For Dinner: From 6:45 PM to 10:00 PM (last admission at 9:30 PM).

The Dine Around formula involves the possibility of choosing day by day in which of the resort's restaurants to dine. A new and engaging way to experience the totality of taste proposed by our chefs, the perfect alternative for guests who want to savor the varied culinary offerings of our restaurants.

The Fire Place Bar
The main bar of the Resort where you will sip our mixology proposals and the selection of national and international wines.

Furthermore, here, upon returning from the slopes you will be able to enjoy the skier's aperitif: tasty proposals from the Chef, offered by the hotel every day from 4:30 pm to 6:00 pm.
Baby food and Moms corner
In every restaurant of the Resort there is a space dedicated to moms and babies, equipped with a microwave oven and bottle warmer. Pastina, vegetable and meat broths, vegetable soups for babies are available during meal times served by dedicated staff.
Intolerances
For guests who suffer from food intolerances (gluten/lactose) or practice specific diets, we have packaged basic products such as gluten/lactose-free bread, pasta, biscuits, ice cream. You can supplement with products brought from home. It is required to report intolerances at the time of booking.
Nature and Wellness Corner
Dedicated to those who follow a healthy diet, a buffet of vegetarian and vegan proposals based on fresh and light products. At breakfast you will find rusks, rice cakes, cakes, soy or rice milk, natural honey, and organic jams.
