À la carte restaurant that will surprise you with haute cuisine proposals, created from local quality 0km products, served in warm and welcoming environments with a panoramic view of the Matterhorn mountain.
Nature also inspires the menu proposals, which are exclusively seasonal and express a perfect balance between traditional ingredients of the region and new culinary techniques.
The restaurant offers, for 5-star customers, breakfast service from 07:00 to 10:30, with an international buffet and proposals from the à la carte menu. Dinner service is from 7pm to 10pm accompanied by lounge music and, on some evenings, live performance shows. For all those who want to access the restaurant, including external guests, reservations are required at the experience desk.

The main restaurant where you will find a rich and refined buffet proposal, adapted for the lifestyle and climate of the mountain (pasta station, pizzeria, healthy corner and Mediterranean restaurant options). Our chefs skilfully revisit traditional recipes, proposing innovative mono-portion proposals for appetizers, fruit, and desserts paying great attention to guests with intolerances or particular dietary needs. At your disposal is a wine list, bottled drinks for a fee. Every Thursday, you can take part in a dinner with an unmistakable local flavour, tasting dishes based on typical Aosta Valley products, while every Saturday, you can enjoy the elegant experience of a gala dinner.

The Dine Around formula involves the possibility of choosing day by day in which of the resort's restaurants to dine. A new and engaging way to experience the totality of taste proposed by our chefs, the perfect alternative for guests who want to savor the varied culinary offerings of our restaurants.
This formula is available for minimum stays of 3 nights, at a cost of € 60 per dinner.

This intimate and refined space, adjacent to the Gou restaurant, is the ideal place to enjoy express coffee, cocktails and wine experiences, fine spirits and prestigious bubbles.
From 6 p.m. onwards, it is possible to enjoy an extraordinary mixology story with cocktail experiences prepared by
our bartenders and enveloping wine experiences by our sommeliers (service by reservation only). You can also sip fine spirits and prestigious bubbles. All accompanied by live performances by artists from the national and international scene from Thursday to Saturday.
The Lounge bar is open for all resort guests and outsiders.

An elegant and sophisticated bistro with an Italian and international dining offering, which puts tasty and delicious dishes on the table, ideal for lunchtime dining.

The Fire Place Bar
The main bar of the Resort where you will sip our mixology proposals and the selection of national and international wines.

Furthermore, here, upon returning from the slopes you will be able to enjoy the skier's snack: tasty proposals from the Chef, offered by the hotel every day from 5:00 pm to 6.30pm.
Baby food and Moms corner
In every restaurant of the Resort there is a space dedicated to moms and babies, equipped with a microwave oven and bottle warmer. Pastina, vegetable and meat broths, vegetable soups for babies are available during meal times served by dedicated staff.
Intolerances
For guests who suffer from food intolerances (gluten/lactose) or practice specific diets, we have packaged basic products such as gluten/lactose-free bread, pasta, biscuits, ice cream. You can supplement with products brought from home. It is required to report intolerances at the time of booking.
Nature and Wellness Corner
Dedicated to those who follow a healthy diet, a buffet of vegetarian and vegan proposals based on fresh and light products. At breakfast you will find rusks, rice cakes, cakes, soy or rice milk, natural honey, and organic jams.
